Bit Torrents

Happy New Year everyone!

I’ve recently tidied up my hard drive and deleted all the uncompressed copies I’ve made of live Bruuuce shows that I’ve acquired on etree. Instead of listening to mp3s I will just listen to the FLACs or SHNs directly from the torrent folders using WinAmp. (I’ve still got all the torrents I’ve received and try to open them whenever I can, even though I’ve shared them all at least once).

Anyway, what I’d like to know is, if I amend the tags of the original FLAC files in WinAmp so that I can add titles and such to them and build a media library, is it going to corrupt the files and make them unusable when torrenting? Hope my question makes sense and someone can answer.
