Inaugural show for “Live On The Green” series, opened with the National Anthem, then a set by 15 year old guitarist Quinn Sullivan, himself discovered at age seven by Buddy Guy and obviously a student of the music of decades past.
Bruce starts on a shiny rented Steinway around 8PM while there is still a large group around the VIP bar who have not made their way to the dozens of tables in front, so he comments that he feels like he is playing a country club like the old days.
    Preacher In The Ring I
    Life In The Psychotropics
    “Grateful Dead style” Valley Road
(“shadowland” lyric) (untitled) from Spike Lee’s Bamboozled (origin of Continents Drift theme?)
Road Not Taken (I’d forgotten NCSU writer Lee Smith origin Oral History)
    End Of The Innocence
Where’s The Bat> Big Chief (Prof. Longhair)
    Might As Well Be Me
I Can’t Make You Love Me
    Soon Enough
    Night On The Town
    The Way It Is
    Where No One’s Mad
    Spider Fingers
    Mandolin Rain (minor key)
    Gonna Be Some Changes Made(encore)
Sadly, my request for the English anthem “Jerusalem” followed by …Boo Radley didn’t make it. Sorry, Sir Hubert Parry fans. Please ignore my deleted comment confusing Polly Bergen (rip) from “Cape Fear” with “To Kill A Mockingbird”…good thing that espresso wormed its way into my black and white mind!

Great show, couldn’t have explained it any better myself. Thanks for sharing the setlist. I have some photos and will share when I get a chance.
