Back in 1992, Bruce Hornsby discovered an unknown musician from Florida, he was given a cassette tape of original songs recorded from a 4-track recorder. A most kind and unselfish, ‘the one and only’… Bruce Hornsby tried for years to help him get signed, but it wasn’t meant to be. 25 years later Billy’s story has become a film documentary; the film is below enjoy!
