ParticipantHey kids,
Did anybody here ever purchase the following recording from munckmusic.com
07/11/02 Red Butte Garden – Salt Lake City, UT
It was only available on cd as many are available via download but for some reason a few are cd only and this was one of them.
It is no longer available so that is why I am asking if anybody bought this, has it, and would like to trade for it.
The reason I am looking for it is because my buddy ordered it when it was available a few months ago and munckmusic never sent it to him. He made numerous emails with no replies and then finally called them having to leave 3 messages. When the burnout finally contacted back with my buddy. He told him that they did not send it out yet but will. :roll:They never sent it and won’t return his calls or emails. They even took the recording off their site.
So basically munckmusic took his $20.
So I figure somebody here had to have purchased that recording…I would like to surprise him with a copy of it.
I have over 3000 recordings to trade from many bands(mostly jambands)…but if you just want Bruce that is ok with me…:cool:December 27, 2013 at 9:11 pm #33917Si Twining
KeymasterI did have it. Sadly, the CDs that they used were not of the highest quality, and deteriorated pretty quickly.
Sad to see Munckmusic go this way, as they were really good initially, and comped me a load of free CDs. I heard a similar tale from a lot of people too.

ParticipantI believe I can help you,GuinessGoon- send me a PM.
I really hate to hear that munckmusic has gone downhill these days. They were really helpful when I was a newbie in the world of online downloads and were also very cooperative when I had a couple of other customer service issues. What a difference a decade makes…@

Yeah people have complained about them forever on the ratdog board. My final straw with them is when I ordered a Bruce cd that took two months to get and when they finally got back to me they said they’d hook me up with a free show next time I ordered something, so I instantly made a purchase to have them not only not hook me up but ignore my reminder of the so-called ‘hook up’…which is sad because munck is ran by only 3 people so its not like some huge business where messages get lost.
