Nothing like a 90 minute drive watching the moon set after a night like this…Well I never…want to hear belligerent people shouting while the band waits out a weather delay, and I never want to forget what an awesome punctuation mark Bruce put on the show. Dumpstaphunk’s kit was removed at showtime since it was more exposed to the coming rain. The Noisemakers open with Mighty Rainbow>(Ivan Neville takes over JTs keyboards), then Candy Mtn Run before a lightning delay evacuates the venue just as hard rain hits. After a short wait (and lots of cars moving) they let us back in, but it takes about half an hour to remove water and restore power to the stage. Ross Holmes plays the violin, and we wait as light rain falls for the rest of the show.
