Bruce and the Noisemakers are making a triumphant return to the beautiful, elegant Biltmore Estate!! If you are curious about the show, planning to go to the show, wish you could go or have any insights to those of us who are visiting the Biltmore for maybe the first time, come on in and share it here!

As I stated in the other thread, Mrs. molo3 and I are planning to attend (not sure about the little molo3’s yet) and we really hope we can meet some other fine folks from The Board! This will be our second trip to the Estate and we hope to take a more leisured tour of the grounds and the winery and relax a bit too. The show is still a long way off, over 4 months, but the excitement is building already!!

    hope to see you there,

    molo3

And I just purchased our airline tickets. woohoo!! We’ll fly into Atlantla so we can partake in the Garden show there as well. How fun to be able to meet up with other Bruce fans on this board. Looking forward to trying the peach cobbler as I’m guessing that’s something that’s famous down there. Jackie, still no bbq. sorry. :) Oh and yes, since I’ve never been to the Biltmore, I’d appreciate any insight you people might have. thanks. Great idea, Molo!!

Sounds like you all will have a blast. I’ve thought about Atlanta, but I’d have to leave the husband behind with the kids and would hate to go alone. Not as much fun with no one to hang around with.

Even though Atlanta and the gardens would give me a great photo opportunity for my graphics design classes I’m taking, I just don’t think I can go it alone…..

But have fun and I’m crossing my fingers and hoping Bruce makes it closer to Texas!!

David, now you’ve gone and done it, given away the secret ingredient in bbq!

Mary, the best way I can describe peach cobbler is: a dessert similar to a fruit pie, but with only a top crust. The best example of this delicacy can most likely be found in Georgia, USA, but my recipe is also pretty good! :) I’ll make a good effort to bring some to Asheville.

I’m already looking forward to seeing you all there!

    Jackie
