Bruce’s Online Store Info

I was hoping that someone on here might be able to help. Here is the deal. Fist off, in hindsight, we should have ordered this through Si’s site. However, My fiance purchased Intersection Bonus set off of Bruce’s homepage on Dec. 5th for me for Chirstmas. It has not shown up yet nor have any emails sent via the customer service email. So, does anyone happen to have a phone number or any suggestions on what to do next.
