Bruce Hornsby setlists, concerts, downloads › Forums › General chat › Bruuuce.com roll-call – please read
Hi all:
This will seem like a strange request, but could all who read this please respond stating your city and state of residence, please?
If you’re uncomfortable posting that on here, you could otherwise send me a private message using the “PM” button below, or e-mail me.
I’ll explain later!
Thanks … Si.

No Melody Tent this year (or Cohasset, for that matter) but at least The Bruce won’t be moanin’ about the curfew – not that I disagree, 10:30, JM&J, the night’s barely started, but that’s the self-righteously quaint Cape for ya, and in fairness, I have friends who live walking distance and complain about the “free concerts” – Elvis Costello w/Allen Toussaint was reportedly very loud indeed… I may see if I can hear (I got them synesthesia blues again) George Carlin from my doctor’s office’s parking lot…
Lowell’s kind of a haul – I know, I shouldn’t be a whinin’ boy, 2 whole hours instead of 10 minutes is still a damn sight better than, just to pick a random example, flappin’ your arms all the way across Lake Atlantic (you’re a monster, Si, hope you enjoy this year’s tour of the Colonies, we’ll see if we can’t get the rain to stop for ya) – but the set lists, reviews and doses are lookin’/soundin’ pretty strong (there, I got my senses sorted out now), and the shockingly inexpensive ticket ($27?!?) takes some of the curse off the price-of-petrol factor for we badly bent folk (pleasant ain’t workin’ all that well on that score – Elwood was loaded in more ways than one), so we’ll see…. Anybody wanna share a ride? (Go Sox! Wells is cooked, Theo, you have a week to get us a starter.)
