The song is on the 1998 Randy Scruggs CD entitled Crown Of Jewels. The album features Randy playing & singing with other artists (Joan Osborne,Travis Tritt,Bruce,of course and lots of others).

The information underneath the lyrics to “Crown Of Jewels” in the CD booklet reads “1998 Warner-Chappell Music ASCAP”, so I guess that’s the answer.
