On the live cut of “Gonna be Some Changes Made” from the Intersections set, Bruce starts out in a funky key, then continues the song with a decidedly Jamaican air. But during the piano riffs in the middle, and especially near the end, I KNOW I hear that key tagline from “The Way It Is“. And didn’t Tupac Shakur cover “Way” under the title of “Changes”????

Wait, wait…. I have the PERFECT request! A medley of “The Way It Is” morphing into Tupac’s “Changes“, morphing into Bruce’s jazz-club anthem, “Changes“, and then ending with “Gonna be Some Changes Made“. Whaddya think??
