Apologies for all the error messages and strange goings-on over the last few days on this website – we got hacked, and took a bit of a beating. These guys knew what they were doing, and I’m still trying to rescue other websites that sit on the same servers.
The perpetrators were kind enough to leave me a message in a text file… although I’m still not sure who I upset, or whether it was just for someone’s perverse enjoyment
I *think* all is back to normal now… if anyone gets any strange messages or sees anything that shouldn’t be here, please let me know by posting below or dropping me an e-mail.

Not to worry Si! We all know that they were trying to “worm” their way into MVF or SMP, but…..They were well protected, and should be, of course!
On the other hand……You never know……The aforementioned might enjoy that! 😆

Lake Lanier, GAI got redirected to blinkx.com (no back arrow tarpit) at my first board view, don’t ‘member if you have any “approved” redirects, but then I don’t remember much.

I get the same thing too, but…..blinkx.com has nothin’ that can “overcome” our infamous “site administrator”! 😆
We are “stronger” than them! 😆 We really are!

Lake Lanier, GAI took a quick look at the source code last time I got redirected and did a google search for the “injected” code that was causing the redirects.
This line was injected (I’m intentionally adding some spaces in the url so nobody can click it)

The main webpage doesn’t open at all anymore for me. The board opens, but I still get some virus notices and my antivirus tries to block some pages. But all I get on the main webpage is a white page. I know its a work in progress Si…horrible that someone has to be so cruel to your hard work. Just thought I’d give my updates and hope it helps some!
MonicaHUGE apologies to all for the outage, and for the error messages which plagued the site, and most especially the board.
Long story short, a number of websites which I have created have been hacked… no idea why, or who, but there was enough to suggest it was a deliberate effort.
Anyway!
Things appear to have been resolved, but I’m going to wait a few days before sounding the fanfare, just to see if anything else crops up.
In the meantime, please continue to use the Board to report any faults or error messages, but it should be relatively problem free now, with nobody redirected to other pages or pop up adverts.
Apologies again for the missing website!
