My deepest sympathy to the entire Hornsby family. Hopefully the thoughts and prayers from
others will bring some comfort during this very difficult time.
Seeing R.S. playing and smiling up there with Bruce and the Noisemakers is something I will always cherish.
Thank you Si, for devoting this site to his music on what would have been his 29th birthday. What
a fitting tribute to a talented and kind soul.

We miss you and love you R.S. Happy Birthday! I hope you’re jamming with some of those that preceeded you and enjoying that!

What a tremendous loss to the Hornsby family, his friends and fans, near and far. What a great way to celebrate R.S.’s life with sharing his music today on his B’day and always. Thanks Si for putting this all together. We’re a tight group community and we appreciate everything you do for this site.

I just had to make this comment: So I’m sitting here listening to all this beautiful soulful music and at the time I was listening to either “White-Wheeled Limo” or “Rainbow’s Cadillac” where RS was doing a solo and my husband walked by and asked who I was listening to because he said it almost sounded like The Grateful Dead. It gave me goosebumps that he said that just because he had no idea what I was listening to and the previous comments about how people were comparing RS to the next Dead generation. Keep rockin’ on RS.

    Si,
Thank you very much for making all the great performances available and, also, for the work you did with the site–that is, making it a tasteful tribute in a way all of us would wanted to if we had sites, as well.
Like a friend who invites everyone to their home after a tragedy like this so everyone can commiserate and–even–celebrate, you made the board a warm place for all of us to gather.
    Thank you sincerely,
    Richard
