So far every show has been recorded :D , which is not only awesome but gives me hope that the one I’ll be at next Sunday in Munhall could hopefully/possibly get taped and hopefully my other show later in the month in Detroit as well :)

Thanks to all the people who have been and are taping these shows and making them available.

YES!! Three cheers for our tapers!

Haven’t seen Albany anywhere yet. Is it posted somewhere?

I don’t torrent, so I’m out on the concerts, but I want to thank Derek Davis for the excellent recording of “Continents Drift.”

    Truly, man, thank you.

By the way, I sent a note to MunckMix, asking if any concerts from the Levitate Tour would be posted, and the response was that he wasn’t sure, but he would be talking to Wayne soon.

    Fingers are crossed.

Im not sure about the Portsmouth show but my buddy was at this show and asked a taper after the show if he was going to upload his recording somewhere and the taper replied that he doesn’t do that, but was kind enough to give him his info for a trade. So far my buddy has emailed this guy twice since the show with no response.

Lets hope that those two shows do surface along with the rest of the tour, as the ’05 tour had 35+ recordings surface.

Bruce mentioned when we spoke to him that he was likely to release Biltmore from earlier this summer as well as some solo piano shows (can’t remember location or date). Not sure how he fells about releasing most recent shows since he’s still working out the new songs but at least there will be something released and I would assume before the Holidays.

For those of us who don’t torrent… would someone be willing to seed a b&p cd tree?

Just to clarify what you’ve been hearing on the Doses lately, I’ve been sent individual MP3s from people, and thank them for their generosity.

I don’t think they recorded the entire shows, so don’t expect to see them seeded. One show (the Warner show in DC) was captured, and is on its way to me through the mail. I’ll seed it (and find some more doses) when it comes through.

Rich’s CD tree sounds a great idea also.

I have downloaded the torrents that are available. I’ll be happy to make you b & p copies if you want to take it from there.

    B & P = Blanks & Postage

Someone wanting a copy of a show sends the appropriate number of blank cds along with a postage paid, self addressed envelope to a person who has the show as is willing to make copies. It’s considered a tree because the person who seeds (makes the first cd copies) just makes one or two, then the recipients agree to make copies to others who request them. So, the music branches, but no one gets overloaded with a huge number of copies to make. It works if everyone who receives a show is good enough to do the same and make copies for the next few people to ask.

My life is pretty swamped right now so I can’t commit to making a ton of disks but I’d be willing to seed out the show’s I’ve downloaded from bit torrent to you or Rich if you guys will be willing to take it from there. Send me a PM if you want to set something up.
    :)

    Good news!

The “roots” of a CD tree have been planted successfully! (no thanks to a major glitch on my part). Kat acted as “tree surgeon” generously corrected my error-now I’m ready to start the branches. Thanks,Kat!

    09/26/09 Town Hall

    09/27/09 Berklee

    10/02/09 Bridgeport

Please send me a PM if you would like to participate in the CD tree.
