ok i’ll start.
When I’m having a sneaky net-browse at 9am on the weekend it’s very annoying when you forget the music is there and it starts up and you think “sh#t! sh#t! – wheres the volume!!!,- linz’ll wake up! and she’ll spank me!”

I had to set my ad blocker to treat the music file as an ad so it wouldn’t play, but that’s just me. I enjoy the other features of the site so much that the music would be worth it… even if it did wake my roommates up at 3AM some nights.

I’ve sorta like Gonna Be Some Changes Made when you hit the site. Gets you in the proper attitude. On the other hand, I would have chosen the into from Candy Mountain Run like on Intersection’s DVD.
To me that would be a better “intro” to the web site. That’s my story and I’m stickin to it! 😆

Lake Lanier, GAPersonally, I think having music start playing at a musician’s site is pretty appropriate. What REALLY bugs me is the sites that have video clips that automatically play when you get to the site’s main page. If I want to immediately go to another page, it slows the whole flippin’ thing down. For example, ESPN’s web site. I go there because I play in a fantasy football league through ESPN. The page that I have to sign in through is their fantasy football main page. When the page loads, the stupid streaming video with their “insider tips” automatically plays, and it slows down the whole sign-in process. Then, after I sign in, the page refreshes and the stupid video starts all over again. Egads, man! What’s with that? I guess if I had a faster computer, it wouldn’t be such a pain in the butt, but I don’t, so it is.

Long time ago, way back when…..I use to love to see the Noisemakers with John D’earth playing trumpet. I always thought he and Bobby harmonized well together!
After John left and saw the Noisemakers, I thought something was missing. It didn’t seem to be the same at first. But, then Bobby came out of his shell and shined! On the other hand…..I wish John was still with them! That’s my rant and I’m stickin to it! 😆
