The question that keeps coming to mind…..Aren’t you getting too old for this? And then the resounding answer…..You are getting too old for this! 😆 But, something inside keeps saying…..Why not do it?
And the answer…..You can do it!
I guess the answer lies in the answer itself! I am probably getting to old for this, but I can do it!
Bruuuce!
That’s my story and I’m stickin to it! 😆

ParticipantBut David…
When you’re there, don’t you feel like you’re not old at all?
I believe, as long as we keep doing this….we can’t be old!
That’s my story….and I’m sticking to it!

ParticipantHey Kat! Great pic!
Very creative!
Thanks for the support and words of encouragement! You’re right!
These road trips do get me fired up! Gives me a big charge inside. Maybe sometimes a little too fired up! 😳
The truth is, Bruce and I are the same age. As long as he can do it, so can I…..and I will!
That’s my story and I’m stickin to it! 😆
Mi soon be back! Problem sa…..Wonce mi be back…..Mi forget where my car keys are! 😆

ParticipantThe oil changed, the tires rotated, my dawg happily home and another great road trip!
This one was special!
It made me realize that it’s not necessarily the destination, but the journey that matters!

ParticipantMr. David Day:
(Kinda) Glad your Dawgs won, and glad you made it home safe and sound! Sounds like you had a fun trip! Call me next time you make a ski trip out here in the Rockies! I’ll race you downhill!
Take it easy in the New Year and regale us with some great new musings from a Road Scholar,

ParticipantThe oil changed, the tires rotated, my dawg eagerly ready to go back to the kennel to see her dawgfriend and no place to go! 😆
At least I’m ready!
That’s my story and I’m stickin to it! 😆

ParticipantThe oil is changed, the tires rotated, no dawg to take to the kennel this time 😥 , but this DAWG is ready! 😆 And, I’m jumping out of my skin! 😆
Atlanta Botanical Gardens Friday and the infamous Biltmore Saturday!
Time to put on the Road Warrior face once again! 😆
Lots of people will be there and lots of people to see. MVF, SMP, Molo, Tango King, Marc, Zann, the “Summa Cum Laude” of Road Scholars Carey, and babytweety2yo. All coming from great distances with one thing in mind and with one “common denominator”!
At the end of the day when the sun is setting and the cows are coming home, there is no place they would rather be, and me, than…..Bruuuce!
That’s my story and I’m stickin to it! 😆

ParticipantI’d like for us all to bow our heads and say good-bye to my 1989 Acura Integra. I know, I know, it had a long and productive life. But it has been on life support since we hit that police cruiser, and it was time to finally let it go. At least I know it will go out in a blaze of glory. The gut driving it plans to use it in the Demolision Derby over at Ace Speedway.
Bruce just won’t sound the same in my (new to me) 1995 Toyota Camry. I know its a good car, but it just screams “Middle aged responsible old woman on board”. Also, it has automatic transmission, and I am already missing those “gear shifts”.
Anyway, thanks for letting me vent and mourn in my own way.
