1) Willamsburg, Mar. 30, 1999 (PBK Hall)
I’d like this show if anyone has it (I’ll be happy to cover B&P, even if it’s Royal Mail to the UK if need be); the reason is a bit sentimental: My parents attended the show (it was one of the solos he did at PBK Hall at William and Mary…I was 12 at the time, so I didn’t get to go), and got one of our CDs autographed; I still have the CD and the tickets in a safe place at home.2) Jamestown, May 12, 2007
The other show I couldn’t make…this time, it was more that Williamsburg was a madhouse (with Queen Elizabeth and Dubya coming into town for the occasion…though Dubya conducting the orchestra was amusing on one of the days, I just couldn’t make it back in amid the craziness) than anything.So…other than the December 2005 one he did at William and Mary Hall, those are the shows I have a connection to…and with the latter, I bought it on iTunes some years ago (shortly after I attended…amazing show in spite of the mediocre acoustics).
