Sometimes venues have a blanket policy against recording (taping)and will try to enforce it even if the artists allow open taping. In these situations I usually have them bring over the tour manager to give the ok.

Will content get lost in the transition? I’ve always liked the touches like the Bruce Base and the Lyric Interpretations etc.
If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. I had no problems with the old site. Was a good compliment to this one. Hopefully they “bring it back”

Does it have to be Jr’s, course not. We just picked it cus we’ve been to Juniors in NYC and when eating out in an unfamilar place, it’s sometimes best to “go with what you know”
Plus prices are fairly reasonable, food fairly diverse, only other choices are 2 steakhouses and upscale places. There’s a “food market” but it sounds like a mall food court
and yes junior’s has a bar

Here’s my best guess on this ban on taping from Bruce
This of course it all speculation
Either A Bruce was browsing around on ebay and found one of his shows on it and got pissed.
or B, Distributing live versions could ‘hurt’ record sales. Which is why I beleive most bands ban taping. It seems these taping restrictions all started when he was doing solo gigs last year, which I speculated he was planning on releasing a solo live album, and now Ricky Skaggs. Who we all know just put out an album with bruce.
I just find it hard to believe that this ban is in place. Especially at this point in Bruce’s career.
I hope this ban is lifted soon.
