Cuz my african grey is a Bruce fan…I can get him to dance every time I play a Bruce song…he will say “Dance Domino” and dances up a storm..so cute..Merry Christmas to all my friends!

Maybe us girls can get together for a technology learning time…I just got a blackberry…learning and and due to get my Ipod for Christmas.

If we are having any meet up on Saturday, I’m willing to stay over for Saturday too. Still have that ticket if anyone is interested. I can’t believe no one has taken me up on my generosity. Come on there has to be one Bruce fan out there that wants a free ticket to opening night…MVF where are you!?!?!?

I just want to know who is going to take me up on that extra Friday night ticket I have. I hate for it to go to waste and since I have had the generosity passed to me before, I am passing this one on. Might be able to stay over for Saturday. Will let ya know when it gets closer to the date.

I have tickets for Friday Jan 21st. Will be in Norfolk from Thursday Jan 20th till Saturday morning if anyone wants to meet. I know that I get to meet Jackie..looking forward to it.

Lots of prayers and love for her friends and family.
She will be remembered. Takes a special person to bring such joy to us fans. I have a few special memories in my Bruce collection, and without a special person like Melissa, I don’t think I would have those memories to look back on today.

If you look at the calender at the Virginia Stage company and my husband called to verify and he bought my tickets..one extra available of course. SCKBSTD runs from Jan 18th to Feb 6th 2011. On the calender it has a key that shows the O and shows opening night on Friday.
In broadway they will have opening nights on Fridays but the first running are dress practices in front of an audience. Kinda like working out the kinks. You’ll also notice on the calender it says preview on Tues, Wend, Thurs.

Is anyone going to be able to record this. My local networks won’t are the game and I can’t afford to sign up for all those fancy football channels for one thing I want to see, since I don’t normally watch football. So if anyone is taking I’d love to be able to see Bruce play this great song. Apperciate it. Thanks!

I agree…not sure I like the new changes to the official site. Loved the old one. Bryan did great work at keeping us up to date. Just not sure I can get used to the new look. Some things on the new site need some fixing already…at least that I noted. But I do some graphic design and web design myself…so I notice those little things. Don’t worry Si…nothing wrong here!! Keep up the great work!

I got my ticket for the musical. Ended up buying my sister in law hers…only to find out she isn’t going to able to go.

Well I’ve been doing my research..and I’m not going to take away too much of the fun from Si’s announcing on the main webpage, but lets just say I”m thinking of going on Jan 21.
After a little further checking I found out single tickets go on sale August 23rd. But thats just a little web searching I did. I been trying to plan these things ahead as I have to save up for the fun, specially with two kiddos in school, I have to plan these things ahead.I know I have recruited one person to go with me…happy about that. My sister in law who lives in Norfolk.
I’ll work on the dressing part Mary LOL…its just what to dress in that has me concerned. 😆
MonicaOk, now that I’m feeling more like myself finally, can I join in the fun. Geez, get sick and don’t come around I miss all the fun. Missed you guys.

MonicaWish I could Mary, I know it would be a fun time. But I just got out of the hospital from a respitory infection,so thats where all my money is going this time, hospital and doctor bills. Till thats paid no Bruce fund for me.
But hopefully I’ll get this all straightened out before all the new touring in 2011. Just glad to be home and getting better, my Bruce downloads were the best medicine!!

Ok…I’m here.
Subject at hand..I have to say I was attracted to Bruce’s music, style and voice right off. Just something magical in his voice and they way he plays that piano. It can be so addicting, I never have gotten tired of his music or all the new stuff he gives us.
As far as Mary…yes you know I’d back you up anytime!! After all you can always pick me up in Texas on your way to Virginia and we can get there together, that way you have protection upon entering in case Bruce has the guards out and won’t let you in. 😆
As for the musical and meetup…keep me posted, I definetly would be interested in this one.
Good to have a laugh. I’ve been down alot lately. Between the gout, pain from my arthritis in the shoulders and neck, and just learning I have type 2 diabetes, I’ve been down on my self lately…and this truely was the laugh I need. Thanks!! Good to have friends who understand our crazy ventures in the Bruce world.
