Speaking of that one…What is the difference between the version on Bruce’s album as opposed to the one on the Backdraft Soundtrack. I know that I heard there is a slight difference but not sure what it was…
I always thought the solo shows were something that was post 2000 but I guess from the previous post…not! I like the idea that one time its with the band and the next just Bruce and the piano…
I watched the show and kind of thought they could have at least sat down and talked to both of them. I mean one less segment with Garry Shandling wouldn’t have ruined the show.. 😉

I’m sorry if I complicated things, I understand your point about the cub scouts….I tend to agree with your explanation and what I meant to say was that I lean towards a non-pedophilia (is that a term) explanation…Didn’t mean any confusion

Thanks for the detailed explanation for the mormon part of the lyric…Much clearer now…Now as far as the cub scout lyric, I kinda see your point and I still don’t believe Bruce would consider Pedophilia when writing a comedic song…
