My Dad took off 2 days ago, and (as of last night) was 147 miles away from his destination in Texas to assist in the clean up effort. I know he isn’t the only one headed down to help our folks in their time of need. Who knows, you may get served a meal or a helping hand from him…keep the area and those returning / serving in your thoughts and prayers. Take care lady!

Got to meet Lizzie from Lowell, and Dave Rich and his wonderful bride. Just missed meeting Rich…but we have each other’s numbers, so we’ll probably catch up at some point.
I got to do geometry homework with my son instead of the Bay Days (non) event, it’s amazing how much of that I’ve forgotten!
You get the prize for being first in the know. Seeing it on the Bay Days site and the local paper sites. Will be posting to the official site soon as I get more info. Now I have shirts without a home…
Worse that that, I didn’t get the chance to meet everyone…
I’m thinking, weather permitting of course, that the TapHouse is still on?
Rats…that means I’ll have to walk around to see everyone! So much for my weight stay-on program…I may burn a few calories.
Humm…not sure if Rich knows something I don’t. Bay Days is a free event, first come, first stationed. Don’t even think there will be chairs, more of the outdoor setting for sure in the midst of the city.

another top-shelf idea. I’m not much of a bling guy, but would spring for one of the Bruuuce.com one’s for Si and Missy. Make them Carolina Blue and white (not that I like NC, I’d rather have the Georgia Tech colors myself) since that’s your home state. And, I get to give them away…after washing my hands and clothes in the event those colors rub off somehow! I love rivalries…
BTW – is Jonathan or someone who will be there from England willing to take this stuff back to Si? If not, I think I can get a shipping address…but like the idea of the personal delivery.
