Lake Lanier, GAdaverich, you’re right about American beirs! 😆 The local choice of domestic bottled beer is fairly week. On the other hand, you will be able to find some microbrews in the 7% variety. Therefore, the Taphouse appears to be the “watering hole” where you need to frequent!
By the pictures that Rich found on the Taphouse link, I noticed they have some Porters, Ales and Pale Ales that you would probably enjoy!
It looks to me also that the Taphouse looks like a place that will make you feel right at home coming from the Pubs of UK. I hope to see you there!

Speaking of left overs…..You and Rich plan a “meetup” somewhere on Saturday and for “The Left Overs” (Now that sounds like a great name for a band! 😆 ), plan on a “meet after” at the Taphouse where Trent says only the “brave” goes!
How does that sound for a plan?

A “meet after” walking distance from the stage. A “drop in” for however long you can stay. I know it’s a “school night” and people have to work. However, you, Rich and MVF can meet for at least one Coke or St. George’s best! Lucky for daverich, wife and me, we are taking a holiday on Monday! I tell you what…..In the fine tradition of previous “meet ups” and hopefully the first “meet after”, drinks at the “meet after” will be on me!
Besides, I owe daverich and Rich a few pints anyway! 😆 All you have to do is name the place and show up for one long, tall cool one. 😆 Everyone can come for at least one! Like I’ve said before, you never know who might show!
