Lake Lanier, GAI think you “banked” some of those kudos… it’s all an experiment for now, until I can finish work on it, but feel free to keep playing with your kudos
As for your pic, e-mail me with it and I’ll either resize it or put it up for you. Same applies to everyone.

Your road trips are what I dream [and scheme]about…Just one question,
where are your most excellent photos of these concerts ?Awed, truly, and inspired,
LolaErr… I have some of them! They’re ready to go up, when I get some time from developing a bunch of other websites.
And you’re right – they are excellent.
Si Twining
KeymasterThat’s terrific news, and I hope all goes smoothly. Be sure to send us some photos of them at their first gig
Si Twining
KeymasterWow, I don’t hold a candle to that, Carey!
Mine were:
Knoxville, TN
Bartlett, TN
Charlottesville, VA
Vienna, VA
Oyster Bay, NY
Lowell, MA
New York, NY
Portsmouth, NH
Red Bank, NJSi Twining
KeymasterVery good Will! I’d rather there were excessive posts than none at all, but if anyone pulls that trick, I’ll get the banning stick out!!! 😆
I’m also looking at getting “avatars” working – a unique picture to identify each poster, beside each of their posts.

Well spotted, Vic! Kudos are going to be a part of a new game that will make the forum a much bigger feature of the site.
It will all become clear when I’ve finished messing with it – basically kudos will be a currency which you “earn” by posting (which is why some people have more than others). You’ll be able to spend them on site goodies, or gamble them, give them away or invest them. I’m lining up a huge prize for who gets the most kudos over a given period.
Just some thoughts to encourage people to post, anyway. You all wanted interactivity! It’s all in the pipeline.
Si Twining
KeymasterI’m going to do a lot of work on this forum, I think. There are plenty of ways to make this more interactive. The more eagle-eyed amongst you may have already noticed a change that will have a big impact, in time!
Si Twining
KeymasterThanks all for the suggestions so far. Please keep them coming.
Thanks for the kind words also, but anything can always be improved if you work at it. There are always things that can be added.
The comments here, and in e-mails, suggest you want some more interaction with the site and each other. I do wonder how people feel generally, though, as only seven people have voted on the above poll , which has been advertised on the front page for days. So, I’ll leave this up for a while yet.
Like I say, keep your suggestions coming!

KeymasterThere is sometimes no rhyme or reason to Bruce’s nicknames, and I wouldn’t like to hazard a guess on this one!
JV has a string of about ten of them, and I asked him about some in his chat:
Forgive my ignorance – who or what is “Poppy Alexander” ?!!?!
Poppy is a guy that Bruce went to school with. Somehow that name was transfered to me.(Incidentally, the whole chat is still up, and is one of the better ones):

Lake Lanier, GAI think I cheated though, David! – I live 3,000 miles away, and made the trip twice! So that’s 12,000 miles before I even go to a show.
I think we have a winner in LolaPelusa!

KeymasterDavid!
I am editing you again… your post about Candy Mountain Run has been moved to General Chat:

I’m doing a bit of house-keeping here and I’ve moved your “year end” idea to the year end awards:

I thought they lost it in the middle (what WAS that?!). It’s not as horrific as somebody made out in their response, but I didn’t get it, I have to say.
LOVED the Google video, however; I’ve heard the audio version a lot.

KeymasterI’ve thought for some time that “Gonna Be Some Changes Made” sounds like an up-tempo “Way It Is” (or the famous few bars of each song’s chorus). When I heard someone else mention it to Bruce, he reacted with surprise and agreement, as if it hadn’t occurred to him before.
Si Twining
KeymasterSure, I know her. You can hear more at:

KeymasterGlad you liked her work – I certainly did too, and I know that Bruce does. thanks for letting me know.
How about everybody else…?
Si Twining
KeymasterThanks for the kind consideration, David – basically, every time someone buys from Amazon through the ad on the front page, I get a small percentage (I think it’s 4%) of the sale. It all counts!

KeymasterJust as a funny aside, even if I had decided to tape this show, I happened to be sitting beside a guy from Columbia Records… so I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle!
Si Twining
KeymasterPlease see the front page of this site — no taping or sharing this current tour, please…!
– Si.
Si Twining
KeymasterI’ll confirm that – no taping or distribution of this tour, please – and that’s from on high.
Thanks.
Si Twining
KeymasterYup, it was a great show.
Impeccably behaved crowd… not one person yelled for anything in the entire first set. Bruce was compelled to mention the great vibe a couple of times.
It’s funny that people thought they saw JT – he wasn’t there. Almost certainly it was one of the venue staff they noticed, who even Bruce commented before the show looked like him – eerily so.

KeymasterErin:
See this site’s guide to etree:
I’m sure others can help you also.
Si Twining
KeymasterI’m not going to be able to make a meetup prior to the show, but the rest of you go ahead and arrange something on this page if you’d like.
